Steyn completed his Fgasa qualification with the Limpopo Field Guide Academy in 2014.

He has four years of experience in guiding, including being a ranger at the Black Rhino Reserve in the Pilanesberg National Park and St Lucia. For him the Kruger National Park is the ultimate place to be and he looks forward to exploring the Park and showcasing it to all of his guests.

Steyn is passionate about all aspects of the bush. The best part is to see all the amazing animals from the insects, birds, predators to the gentle giants in the wild.

"The best thing about guiding is to show and teach guests about our amazing bush life and give them the best experience with the time I have with them." - Steyn

"It was wonderful with Mr Steyn around. The game tours were entertaining with lots of laughter as he was very friendly and approachable.. He was also very resourceful and knowledgeable when we tracked and chased the sights of wildlife."

Thank you Steyn and Jesse we had the best game drive... thank you for showing us the big 5 and so much more!!! You went out of your way to bring our daughter as close as possible to her favourite animal...the Elephant!

Your knowledge about the wildlife and birds are impressive, thank you for sharing that with us."

"We had a wonderful early morning drive with Steyn Jacobsohn.  We saw giraffes, leopard stalking Impala, many birds, antelope, male lions roaring, a playful baby zebra, a huge tusker, rhino sleeping and silly baboons."

"Thank you Jess for our river walk this afternoon. Even teaching our 7 year old how to do "spoeg bok" droppings. Those personal touches makes your business stand out. I will highly recommend you any day. May your business grow from strength to strength."
